I think it's been too long since I shared some embroidery floss color combinations! Here are a few palettes that I've put together for winter...
This one reminds me of Hans Brinker. I'm calling it Winter Skates!
In the bleak midwinter, cardinals are likely to be spotted in a tree covered with snow, which is why this set is Winter Trees.
A sunset any time of the year can be beautiful, but in the winter, it gives the sky such warm and brightness! This one is Winter Sunset.
And this last palette is called Winter Freeze. I think it's my favorite of the bunch, so now I need to figure out what I'm going to stitch up using these colors!
Now, go snuggle up by a warm fire and do some stitching!

ReplyDeleteOh! So pretty! The last is my favorite too. And it just so happens to be the color scheme of my living room!
ReplyDeleteAll so pretty - but I'm with you, the last is my favourite! Can't wait to see what you stitch...
ReplyDeleteBeg to differ - the first is my favorite with #2 a close second....guess I just don't see yellow in winter. Love them all though!
