So...yesterday, I bought some of this:
And I used it to stitch these:
(They are made with a french knot for the head, and detached chain/lazy daisies for the wings. Then I satin stitched the body freehand with the glow floss, and at the same time I was stitching this, I was attaching the felt piece to a bobby pin. Easy peasy!)
Now I can have glowy lightning bugs in my hair! I've made two so far, but I think I need more...
