pattern // a hexagon tinies sleepy kitty for your caturday

Quilty Goodness!

Do you have a kitty that likes to curl up on your craftiness? Our family kitty swipes my hexagons, attacks my embroidery floss, lays on my fabric, and tries to eat my sequins. Nothing is safe, and I can't decide if she likes crafts, or if she just wants to be a nuisance. Perhaps both?

Anyhow...Saturday is Caturday, so enjoy this pic of my pesky cat, and then stitch a sweet sleepy kitty!

Yes! My cat always lies on my fabric every time I lay it out. I was recently trimming a quilt and she lay down right on the edge where I was about to cut. Very cute pattern!

Nope. Can't stand cats. The pattern is super cute, though (I like cats in theory, just not real ones!). Did you make the quilt? It's very good!

    1. It's a vintage quilt that someone in my family made. Probably someone with cats!

    1. There will be another club, but it isn't final yet. Current club members will hear about it first, before I announce it here on my blog.

  6. Too sweet! Our kitty passed away two years ago but my daughter and I are making a crate quilt for the dog we got after Crackers passed and I will embroider this design somewhere in the quilt in memory of Crackers.

  7. Your cat is beautiful, and sounds adorable. I have a weakness for torties, though every cat is an angel in my book. Thanks for the cute pattern!
