winter stitching club registration is now open
Since June of this year, I've been hosting what I call Seasonal Stitching Clubs. Each club is three months long, with a weekly pattern and an overall project to put together. It's low pressure, because there's not much to do each week in order to keep up, and at the end, you have something fun to remember the season by!
Registration for the winter session is officially open, and whether you've done a club like this before, or if it's your first time, I hope you'll join us for some cozy stitching by the fire!
For the Winter Stitching Club, we'll make quilted hexagons, which will combine into a mini snowflake table mat. Or, you could make these little hexagons into ornaments!
When you purchase your club membership, you'll be able to download the welcome PDF immediately. In that PDF you'll find the complete supply list, plus instructions for making quilted hexagons. Each pattern PDF will be emailed to club members on Mondays, starting December 2nd.
The regular price for Seasonal Stitching Clubs is $8.00, but as a little holiday gift, the price for the Winter Stitching Club is just $5.00 through December 31st.
For more information, visit the Winter Stitching Club page.
I'm glad it's still November, but I'm looking forward to stitching snowflakes and hot cocoa and mittens and things!

silly question-- is it 5 dollars weekly?
ReplyDeleteNot silly at all! It's just a one time payment of $5.00 for the entire 13 weeks.

I never did anything like this, but am jumping right in. Was wondering - should I wash my fabrics first?
ReplyDeleteYay! thanks for joining us! To answer you question...it depends. If you plan on washing and drying your finished project, you may want to pre-wash so it doesn't shrink differently or have colors run. But...I don't pre-wash for something like this. Mainly because I wouldn't want to wash the finished table mat other than spot cleaning.
Deleteok, thanks! Hopefully it's something I won't have to wash in the future, I don't want to pre-wash & just jump in. Just got my fabric in the mail today so eager to get started.
