i heart tea embroidery pattern
There are a lot of things that I "heart" and tea is one of them. But now topping the list is some super cute, super fresh embroidery from Michelle!
Hi, guys! It's Michelle here from Scissor Quirk with a little embroidery pattern that'll help you happily and easily profess your love for tea (and cookies)!
Truth be told, I wasn't a big fan of tea for a long time. Why? It was the go-to thing that I had to consume every time I was sick growing up, and I still do it - drink too much of the same kind of tea throughout an entire cold and get really really sick of it. Ugh! Not a good habit to have developed. Over the last year, however, the smell of chai became a little enticing in the coffee shop, and I've since fell in love with chai latte's - which means when I was shopping one day recently and picked up some organic chai tea to give it a chance, I fell in love with it. I do have fond memories of hosting little tea parties with my younger sister, too, and a love of Alice & her tea party story - so I'm happy to have fallen in love with it a little bit, again!
To stitch your own happy tea-cup: download the pattern right here, print it off, trace it onto your fabric and stitch away! I used a small 3 inch hoop, which I customized using my favorite blue craft paint for a little extra pop of color.
Thanks so much for having me to your tea party, Mollie! :)
Michelle! Thank you so much! Seriously, isn't Michelle the best? Now, if only I could munch on those yummy cookies...
