Happy Memorial Day to you! Today is about remembering, and days like today are also good for creating memories to be remembered later. For example, we went to the parade today. It's small and simple, and just one of those nice Memorial Day kinds of things.
Oh, and then it rained on our parade. It's still raining a bit now, but we're hoping it clears up for some good grilling later on. The grandparents and a friend are coming over for some picnicking. Fingers crossed for good weather!
