Coming up blank?

Today I discovered B L A N K, a community blog about design from a Christian perspective. I like all of what they have to say, but I was especially drawn to this post by Paul Rustand of Widgets & Stone. He talks about how we often think that our passion and profession must be two separate things. They should be the same thing. After all, wouldn't God want us to put our passions and gifts to use? But too often time and/or money prevent us from taking a leap of faith. And sometimes, even when we have found a way to make them the same thing, and we have the security of a job, we leap. We leap and wait to see how God has plans to use us.
