fair weather friends...

These little buttons feature some illustrations that I've done. I call them the "Fair Weather Friends." There's Snowby, Aarain, Sunia, and Windie...and they're friends in snow, rain, sun and wind! My plan is to make more of these buttons, as well as some other goodies, and sell them on Etsy. Updates will come along the way!

In a strictly non-work related post, I'd like to share with you, PartyEnder.com. Still in its infancy, this site is a place to find and share all things AWEful on the web. That's right, things that are so bad, they're really fantastic. Party Ender was started by a friend of mine, and I think that it could be next big thing!

a logo in record time...

Ahh, the joy of working with someone who a)knows what they want, b)isn't uber finicky, and c)sees the benefit of just getting it done! Tonight I had a pleasure of creating a logo with someone in less than an hour. And I really like it. So much that I'll probably put it in my portfolio.

wanted...posters...

I've been working on some fun posters for my church's children's ministry. We're starting a unit that is themed to be western, so to remind kids of the rules, I'm creating Wanted posters for kids with good behavior. There's Listenin' Lisa, Obeyin' Otis, Respectful Ricky, and Doin' Unto Others Darlene. Perhaps the thing that excites me the most about this is that I did the illustrations myself. Not something I often do...
