It's raining men?

Gingerbread men to be exact. My family decorated gingerbread men, then hung them up near the ceiling in our kitchen. They looked so cute! I say looked, because for the last week, the icing and candy has been falling off. It's like in Chicago where they have signs that say, "Caution: Falling Ice," near the skyscrapers. Except ours would say, "Caution: Falling Icing." And let me tell you, this stuff is rock hard, and from the ceiling, it hurts when it hits you! We currently have 3 totally naked gingerbread men, and others with various decorations gone. (How embarrassing!)

For now, I'll be here, waiting for the icing to fall...

Busy as an elf?

I'm feeling a bit like a Christmas elf. And I have a feeling it will only get worse! I have plenty of Christmas gifts to make, many of them already started, which means that I really need to finish them. The Christmas cards are made, mailed, and the site to go with them is set up. Still on the list of things to do? Make the ornaments for the Christmas tree...

All I want for Christmas is an extra month!
