stitching club // an ending and a beginning

Spring Stitching Club Finished Quilt

Last June I started the Seasonal Stitching Club. Actually, at that point I thought it would only be the Summer Stitching Club, but it was such a success and lovely club members asked for more, so it became four seasons of embroidery and english paper piecing, with four projects and lots of fun.

Okay, so recently I felt a little less of the fun as I stitched like a mad woman to finish my own quilt for the big reveal. But now that it's all done, I only remember the loveliness of it all. Take a look at my Spring Stitching Club lap quilt!

As I made my way to the end of the Spring Club, I kept thinking, "am I crazy enough to consider doing this again?" Well, the answer is yes. I'm crazy enough, and here's a peek at the fabric that will become the next big Stitching Club!

Stitching Club Fabric

More info will be coming soon, but I'll give you a few hints. The new club will be one big united project, plus four smaller groupings of patterns and projects. It'll be a little bit classic, a little bit nostalgic, and you might even say that it was made for you and me!
