calendar: july is for books

I love books. I always have. Do I get to read as many as I would like? No. But I still take in my fair share of book content, when you count my ever-growing craft/sewing/embroidery/DIY collection. If books like this counted in the summer reading program at the library (they don't, do they?), I'd be winning. But whatever kind of reading you enjoy, there's no denying that summer (like any time!) is a great time for books.

Because of my love of books, as well as the number of books that I'm looking forward to sharing with you soon, I've decided that July should be book month here on Wild Olive. Not everything will be reading related, but I'll surely be featuring plenty of book posts, patterns, projects and printables!

It's not quite July yet, but you can get ready with these wallpapers!

To use the iPhone and iPad versions, click the link for the wallpaper you want. When it opens, touch and hold the image until it pops up with the option to save. After you've saved the image, go to your settings, choose wallpaper, then find the image you've just saved.

  1. This is so cute! I always find that I read more in the summertime too. And now I can add stitching to the list of fun things I do in the summer. :)
