a few lovely things

lovely things

Recently, I have acquired some lovely things that I think you might like. I promise I'm not bragging. Well...maybe just a bit!

Let's start with Olive Box. This is a new subscription that just launched, and I got to be in the trial group!

Happy mail is a wonderful thing, as is paper (as far as I'm concerned), and that's what Olive Box is about. You sign up for a specific number of months, and each month you get a box of surprises centered around a theme.

The first box contained floral-themed mini notebooks, heart stickers, a card, and the most heavenly-smelling soap I've ever had (wrapped in paper to keep the paper connection!). And just to be clear, this isn't a sponsored post...I bought my box and really, really like it!

How about this sweet ribbon? My friend Katie's mom sent this to me from England! So fun! Hmm...now to decide what to trim out in guards...

In preparation for Christmas (yes I'm thinking about wrapping gifts already!), I picked up some fun paper at Target. I've actually be quite pleased with their mini-rolls, and they are in the Dollar Spot!

The wheels are turning for how I'm going to wrap things up, as well as some fun toppers to go with the faux bois and newspaper print, so if you want to follow along come December, go pick up a couple rolls while they have it!

And last but not least, this adorable koala came to me in a trade I did with Rebecca in Australia! He's super soft, and I'm having to work to keep him out of my sister's hands...she has a softie crush!

Now, once my newly ordered shoes arrive, I think I'm set on new things for a while. Well...unless some fresh craft supplies are "needed"!

    1. Olive Box isn't related to my blog, but I connected with the creator over our names. She also runs the shop Pink Olive in New York. They aren't shipping internationally yet, but they hope to soon!

I have that ribbon, i'm from England and found it in a sweet craft shop in devon, and there is also a great one which says "everything stops for TEA" and has a picture of a tea cup (from the same range) and that can certainly be said about my family! Xx
